Camera Vision can't see me
Place the phone at hip height about 2 m away, in a well-lit room, with your whole body visible in the frame. Wear fitted clothing.
My measurement looks wrong
Repeat the test; small changes in camera angle or posture change the result. Physly keeps your best of the session.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Physly → Cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or email us from your account email and we'll delete everything within 30 days.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
